Nicky Whelan
Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian actress and model. Her fame was first noticed in Australia with the role of Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap opera Neighbors over a period of one hundred episodes that ran between 2006 and 2007. In Hollywood it was her first time on two different projects. It was first Hollywood & Wine on which she played an actress who was struggling. She was then offered a character in the ninth season of Scrubs that of Maya an extremely sexy medical student. In the end, the show was stopped. Then she continued to film a Farrelly Brothers comedy called Good to Shoot that starred Jason Sudeikis as well as Owen Wilson. Then she performed in B-series films as well as series shorts. In 2013, she was able to take on more challenging projects. She was featured in six episodes on the show about detectives, Franklin and Bash, and after that, she landed her first role in a regular role on the web series Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia. In the two first seasons, she plays Chad Michael Murray's reply in both seasons. The following year she was seen in supporting roles for two feature films with aircrafts. She plays the role of a flight attendant. Above all, she along with Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador the brand-new television series. The first season of this thriller that sees the actors play CIA agents under the direction of Robert Rodriguez comprises only 13 episodes. The pilot for a second show, which hasn't been a success, remains being made. In 2015, she shared the promotional poster for a B-Series romance Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause later, she appeared in the comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The original Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence Malick, was extensively distributed. She also appears in five episodes of the Satisfaction TV series.
